Dr Vaughan Rees’ research analyses environment as a crucible for personal artistic studio practice. His art and design outcomes are centred in the domain of drawing and employ traditional drawing techniques as well as contemporary digital technology. He has authored text-books on the practice of drawing as a communication tool.
