Introductory Profile:
Tom Ellard has some thirty years experience in media arts production. As well as a significant career in commercial electronic music he has scored for television and film, authored DVDs, performed live video in venues worldwide and worked in commercial video signage. Tom has five years experience in layout / print design for advertising, specializing in cross media campaigns. Current research interests include: the influence of physical media on music composition, sound design for 3D games, VJ cultures, machinima and the 'uncanny valley'.
