Introductory Profile:
Nick Waterlow OAM has recently interviewed key artists, curators, writers and personalities involved in exhibitions and projects that have brought Australia to the world and the world to Australia, for ongoing research towards a book that will reveal the richness and impact of this dialogue. Nick is also researching archival collections for the Everlasting World of Martin Sharp, an exhibition and publication on the artist who was a significant contributor to the Larrikins in London exhibition in the 1960’s, a time of vibrant antipodean artistic and cultural production. As the Director of the Ivan Dougherty Gallery, Nick is currently involved with the master planning of a new University museum at COFA.
