Introductory Profile:
Louise Fowler-Smith’s studio practice involves research into other cultures, past and present. Louise explores and transcribes the land as a sacred place via myth, narrative and symbol. Louise’s research includes investigations into and documentation of ‘Tree Worship’ and ‘Tree Veneration’ in India with the aim of producing a solo exhibition and book.
