Introductory Profile:

John Hughes’s research investigates the synergy between story telling consciousness and information design within narrative structures. He has particular interest in the zone of consciousness between waking and sleep. John’s most recent productions include: Sic Rom, a series of interactive consoles and pain management software in collaboration with Sydney Children’s Hospital; Theatre of Museums, a sculpture-performance incorporating animation and storytelling; and Landscape Animation, a series of animated films exploring innovative animation techniques.
