Surround Sound Suite - CG15
This room is based around a digidesign protools hd 2 accel setup running protools tdm 7 with 192 i/o and sync hardware. It is surround capable and supports recording via the recording studio next door in cg17. For support call 938550708 or 93850771.
CG15 - Control Room
A portable foam booth is available for solo and small group recording. A roland pc-70 midi keyboard note controller and juno 106 polyphonic synthesizer is permanently installed. Monitoring is provided via a new audio spacial one-m 5.1 Near field setup. Access is available to post graduate users and undergraduates with proficiency in protools tdm obtained by attending a 2nd year level or above sound workshop.
