Teaching Lab B - F113
The Teaching Labs provide an extensive teaching facility within the College of Fine Arts. These laboratories are equipped with computers and software complimentary to course requirements. Access to this laboratory is available to students of the College who are enrolled in formal computing programs courses. For support call 93850692.
This lab consists of 21 workstations and one demonstration computer. All computers in this lab are
20" iMac 1.9 ghz, with 1.5Gb RAM. The demonstration computer is connected to a data projection
system.
All computers in this lab are connected to the COFA network via fast ethernet (100mbps). This
network connection provides for quick access to email and internet services as well as quick access
to the COFA colour printers and the student file server and student web server, where all students
have home directories, blogs, and web space.
