What our students have to say…

The following quotes are from students’ reflections of their experience studying the Master of Cross-Disciplinary Art and Design...

The best thing for me was meeting lots of students from different areas and working with them, the collaborative nature of much of the learning
I was really impressed when I found that the person we had been conversing with all week was in another country. What a buzz! This is really living up to my expectations of online learning, and the ability to draw on the skills of the best teachers.
The lecturer was enthusiastic and engaging, willing to explore tangents but also ensure that we got to the heart op particular topics. He built a vibrant discussion board - I had a great time while learning.
I am definitely all for online learning... It is so accessible to everyone. I think it's fantastic that people can work full time or have a family and still further their knowledge and skills. It is far less bureaucratic and more about the student.
I definitely enjoyed this course!! The collaborative approach has certainly strengthened my discussion skills and I really enjoyed interacting with other students.... Overall, just wanted to say thanks for developing such an enriching course!
I enjoyed this course immensely. It was informative, interesting, creatively challenging and very convenient.
The lectures were very informative and well structures, they required attentive thought and response, something that I often shy away from in face-to-face lectures... The immediacy of the net allows the collaborative ideas to flow. Thanks.
I thoroughly enjoyed it - the team that I was in was great and for an online subject the feedback and communication was excellent - an all round great experience.
I usually am a more passive kind of student in class, but this online subject, I find that I can communicate, and speak of my opinions more without holding back, basically, I have more participation and contribution in this subject as I normally would have within a face to face class.
