Having an inspection, testing and monitoring plan is a requirement of the UNSW's OHS management system. The plan contains information on plant, equipment and work procedures at COFA which require inspection, testing and monitoring. It also contains identification of competencies for inspection, testing and monitoring, all standards and legislation related to the plant, equipment or work procedures and who is responsible for the testing, inspection and monitoring.
