COFA Academic Staff Travel Grants
Grants are awarded to academic staff on a competitive basis for travel to research related conferences and events.

ARC (Australian Research Council) Grants
The ARC supports the highest quality research and research training through national competition in all fields of science, social sciences and the humanities.

FACULTY CONFERENCE SUPPORT GRANT
The College will make available a small conference support fund from its research budget in 2011.
This will be allocated on a competitive basis for support of large-scale research-related conferences.
Deadline: October 31, 2011.
COFA SUPPORTED RESEARCHER SCHEME (SRS)
This award supports early career, mid career and senior researchers who are working on major projects that are the outcome of sustained research.
The aim of the scheme is to facilitate completion of a specific work (or group of works) with a clearly identified output (for example, a specific exhibition or publication venture). It provides support for complex projects that require a sustained time-commitment.
Deadline: November 2, 2012.
PUBLICATION SUPPORT SCHEME (PSS)
Major Subvention: up to $10,000
The major subvention is available on a competitive basis for support of major research publications (for example, a collection of essays featuring several COFA staff that is contracted by a major international academic press; or a significant academic anthology, planned to accompany an exhibition or develop from a conference).
Publication grant: up to $2,000
Publication grants are available on a competitive basis to facilitate publication of a range of book/catalogue outputs of a calibre that will warrant ERA peer review selection.
