ATTENTION ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS : To be a part of the COFA Annual 09 Catalogue

To ensure that you are represented in the ANNUAL 09 Catalogue, which is the DVD and Website, you need to register and submit images of your works.

THE DEADLINE IS MONDAY OCTOBER 5, 2009.

If you are eligible to exhibit, graduating this year, but unable to register, send your name and student number to marketing@cofa.unsw.edu.au. 

Before emailing please note: If you have problems getting into the site, it is likely due to the need for you to create a new zpass. Please do so at  www.idm.unsw.edu.au.  The following site is a "how to create a zpass" information page from the UNSW website: http://www.it.unsw.edu.au/students/zpass/create_zpass.html
If you still have problems, please visit CSU on the COFA campus.
Also, remember, all movie files must be submitted using a campus computer with the movie file uploader.  All COFA labs have been fitted with this.

ABOUT THE ANNUAL 09 Catalogue, DVD and Website:

Every year COFA produces a catalogue, DVD and website for the ANNUAL Exhibition.  These items represent the creative output of more than 300 emerging artists and designers.

As a graduating artist, designer, photographer, filmmaker, animator or sound artist – participation in the COFA ANNUAL DVD and Website enables you to feature your art and design work in two professional arenas.

COFA publishes 4,000 ANNUAL DVDs which are sent directly to design companies, multi-media groups, animation studios, art galleries, film houses, newspaper art editors, art and design magazines, and government funding bodies throughout Australia.

The ANNUAL website is continually accessible to tens of thousands of people around the world.  It is hosted on the COFA UNSW site and promoted in all ANNUAL publicity material.

As a graduating artist or designer, the DVD and website create opportunities for you and your work to be showcased directly to those individuals and companies who could hugely influence your future.

It’s important that you take the time to think about what art and design works you want prospective employers to view on this COFA ANNUAL 09 DVD and Website.

All exhibiting students will receive a copy of the ANNUAL Exhibition DVD for their own portfolios.
