Textiles and The Digital 2 conference addresses recent advances in digital technologies for textiles, their use in interior and fashion contexts and digital print production. Speakers from art, design, industry and education will discuss recent developments in digital processes for textiles and the implications for the designer.

Discussions will provide insights into the impact of digital technologies on textile design, new applications, developments in fibres, smart textiles, education and the future with nano technologies. Underlying the discussion is the way these processes and technologies are changing how we design, produce, make, market, exhibit, promote and use textiles.
