On Thursday the 15th of June the director of COFA’s Ivan Dougherty Gallery, Nick Waterlow, led a
special floor talk for art educators around the three installation works currently on display in
the gallery as part of the Biennale of Sydney.
Intimate and informative the short talk provided insight into the ideas and artistic
motivations behind the works created by: Katrïna Neiburga, Alfredo Juan Aquilizan and Maria Isabel
Gaudinez-Aquilizan and Mürüvvet Türkyilmaz.
COFA plans to host another gallery floor talk for art educators in conjunction with the
upcoming Martin Sharp exhibition, which will be held later in the year at the gallery.
Gallery Hours: Monday to Saturday 10-5 (closed Sunday and public holidays).
