Five faculty curators, Adrian Davies, Felicity Fenner, Rilka Oakley, Annabel Pegus and
Nick Waterlow each selected five artists from the College of Fine Arts (COFA) at The University of New South Wales, bringing together an imaginative mix of media, ideas and faculty staff. 

The variety in research and practice that will be presented in Five x Five is both testimony to the extraordinary breadth of talent at COFA and a democratic selection process. 

Five x Five presents a sample of the art practice of academic and technical and professional staff of one of Australia's premier art and design schools.

The artwork on display will consist of drawing, painting, printmaking, new media, video, sculpture, installation and photography.

Artists are Elizabeth Ashburn, Michele Barker + Anna Munster, Craig Bender, Penelope Benton, Andrew Christofides, Warwick Clarke, Dennis Del Favero, Linda Dement, Bonita Ely + Peter Hill, Phillip George, Allan Giddy, John Gillies, Ian Howard, Hobart Hughes, Michael Kempson, Lisa Anne, David Mackenzie, Angelica Mesiti, Idris Murphy, Vanila Netto, Debra Phillips, Lynne Roberts-Goodwin, Sylvia Ross, Peter Sharp and Brenda Tye.

Highlights include: a new video work by Michele Barker + Anna Munster, work by internationally acclaimed artist Dennis Del Favero, new work by Phillip George, work by popular photomedia artists Lynne Roberts-Goodwin and Vanila Netto, as well as work by established artists Andrew Christofidies, John Gillies, Ian Howard, Michael Kempson, Idris Murphy, Debra Phillips and Peter Sharp.
