How to Apply for an Undergraduate Course

Local Students

All applications for undergraduate programs are made through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). Students who are enrolled in Year 12 in NSW/ACT in 2008 will be issued with a copy of the UAC 2009 Guide by their school or TAFE. Other local applicants can purchase the UAC Guide from newsagents in August or apply by web via the UAC website.

International Students

International students currently completing Year 12 in Australia must apply through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).  International applicants who have completed or are completing qualifications OTHER than the current Australian Year 12 or are completing an Australian Year 12 outside of Australia apply for admission directly to UNSW.

To lodge an application, students can either apply on-line via the myUNSW student portal or submit a paper application form to:
