Applications will be accepted until clases are filled.

Discounts
$20 discount for UNSW Staff and COFA Alumni. No transfers. 
NB Only one discount per person, except if any one participant enrols in two classes they are entitled to a 10% discount on the second class (non-transferable), when the class of a minimum of 18 hours.

Proof required for concession/ full-time student payments.

Course Selection and Payment
Enclose cheque/ money order payable to College of Fine Arts, UNSW.
Acceptance to a course is confirmed by email no later than one week before the commencement of the course. No responsibility for bounced email accounts.

Please indicate 2nd & 3rd course preferences in case your course is over- or under-subscribed.
We advise you check your course page on this website, the day before your class begins, for any last minute information.

Please choose your course carefully. We cannot refund your course fee unless we cancel the course. If you wish to transfer or withdraw, you must advise us in writing at least two weeks before the course start date. You will receive a credit note to 50% of the course fee. Special consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances within the two-week period. “Exceptional circumstances” are defined as serious personal consideration or illness (documentation required). Please note that changes in work circumstances will not be considered exceptional circumstances.

Registration
You can register for COFA Short courses in a number of ways:

• Enter your details into the Contact Form, which will then allow you to generate a partially-completed REGISTRATION FORM,
  
• Fill in the Registration Form attached to the downloadable Spring 2009 brochure.
  
• Post or fax registration form to the Coordinator.
  
• Scan and email to e.burke@unsw.edu.au.
• Pay cash at the Finance Office (details below)

There is no Direct Online Registration at this point in time.
Payment by phone is not acceptable because we need your signature.
