Application Deadlines
Summer 2009 Monday January 5.
EARLYBIRD discount $30 if received by December 16 on courses of 20 or more hours.
Notes: Your course will be confirmed Monday January 12.
The university is shut down from
December 20, reopening January 5.
LATE APPLICATIONS will be accepted after the deadline if there are vacancies in the
courses. They will be processed on a first come first served basis.
Course Selection and Payment
Proof required for concession/ full-time student payments.
Enclose cheque/ money order payable to College of Fine Arts, UNSW.
Acceptance to a course is confirmed by email no later than one week before the commencement
of the course. No responsibility for bounced email accounts.
Please choose your course carefully. We cannot refund your course fee unless we cancel the
course. If you wish to transfer or withdraw, you must advise us in writing at least two weeks before the course start
date. You will receive a credit note to 50% of the course fee. Special consideration may be given
in exceptional circumstances within the two-week period. “Exceptional circumstances” are defined as
serious personal consideration or illness (documentation required). Please note that changes in
work circumstances will not be considered exceptional circumstances.
Please indicate 2nd & 3rd course preferences in case your course is over- or
under-subscribed.
We advise you check your course page on this website, the day before your class begins, for
any last minute information.

You can register for COFA Short courses in a number of ways:

new fax number, direct to the Continuing Education office. The office can receive your application
at both the old and the new fax numbers.)
