Continuing Education

life drawing exhibition viewing
Life drawing, one of the many short courses on offer at COFA

Continuing Education builds on the dynamic undergraduate and postgraduate courses provided for artists, designers, multi-media artists, historians and educators at COFA UNSW

Courses are both practical and infused with theory. You will learn new skills and techniques, and appreciate how these skills have been used or developed by artists. You will be encouraged to find your own mark as you extend your ideas and practice.

All teachers in the Continuing Education programs are practising artists / designers and experienced teachers and researchers.

Masterclasses/Workshops

Occasionally COFA offers a Masterclass or Workshop for professionals in a particular discipline, eg. Textiles, Printmaking, Drawing, Ceramics, etc.   These might occur around a specialized exhibition or conference in Sydney, or a visiting master artist. We will put details of all such courses on this site as they become available. COFA is open to discuss with other institutions the provision of master classes in conjunction with their events.
