What Is Peer Assisted Studio Supervision?

Peer Assisted Studio Supervision [PASS] is a free program that allows you to spend extra time in the studio and get support from other students.

From Week 7 to Week 13, postgraduate students will be available to provide feedback, support, academic mentoring on your work in the following studios: Art History & Theory, Painting/Drawing, Sculpture, Digital Media & Time-Based Art, Photomedia, Design, Ceramics and Jewellery. Also, a series of workshops in Time-Based Art is being offered. For details, see the timetable (link below).

These PASS Leaders won’t be re-teaching you, but can provide a lot of support, feedback and suggestions to help you with your studio and art history work leading up to assessment (and for some, exhibition).

This is a real opportunity to get even more out of your time at COFA, and something that will really complement your time in classes.

The leaders will be wearing red PASS T-Shirts. Just go up to them and say hello! They'll be glad to help.

You can also book 30 minutes session for yourself, or a group of you. Just contact Yuri Hospodar at  adaassistant@cofa.unsw.edu.au or (02) 9385 0773 with your name and the slot you would like.
