New Media deals with emerging media and technology. It broadly encompasses digital media, web based
art and interactive technologies. COFA offers a breadth of expertise across a variety of
media and disciplines that make it uniquely placed to support new media research and production.
COFA staff and higher degree students are currently defining the nexus at which innovative theory
becomes contemporary new media practice.
